To Microwave: Cut of perforate corner of bag, place on microwave safe dish and microwave on high 4-5 minutes, allow to cool briefly. Caution: bag is hot. Cook times may vary as microwaves differ.

To Roast: Lightly coat broccoli with olive oil and salt and add to a baking sheet. Roast at 450 degrees until crip-tender and browned at the edges, 8-12 minutes.

To Sauté: Sauté florets in 1 tbsp. butter or oil for 5 minutes over medium high heat, stirring occasional until done. Season to taste.
