Southern Selects Asian-Style Brussels Sprouts Slaw
- 1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tsp minced fresh gingerroot
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups shredded Southern Selects Brussels Sprouts
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced into matchsticks
- 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup chopped toasted peanuts
- In large bowl, whisk together Thai chili sauce, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, canola oil, ginger and salt until blended.
- Add Brussels sprouts, mango, red pepper and red onion to bowl; toss with dressing. Garnish with peanuts.
