Pack sizes: 8 oz (microwaveable), 1 lb, and 2 lb bags
To Microwave: Cut or perforate corner of bag, place on microwave safe dish and microwave on high; 8 oz bag: 1.5-3 min; 1 pound: 2.5-4 min; The bag will be HOT. Allow to cool before handling. Cook times may vary depending on oven wattage.
To Sauté: Place 1 tbsp oil olive or butter in a pan on medium-high heat. Once pan is hot, place Brussels sprouts in the pan, sprinkle salt and pepper to season, and sauté for 11-12 minutes.
To Roast: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast, stirring about half way through, for 12–15 minutes until they are lightly caramelized or keep it in longer for crispier texture.
To Grill: Halve the Brussels sprouts. Place 4-6 Brussels sprouts on each skewer or in a grill pan. Use melted butter or olive oil to brush over Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill for a few minutes on each side, or until grill marks begin to show.
